Instructions
People that have been sentenced to Langlade County Jail will be given instructions from the court when to report to the jail. If you were granted Huber privileges and plan to utilize your Huber, you will need to fill out the Huber and/or Electronic Monitoring (GPS) set-up packet and bring it with you upon reporting to jail. EMP applications should be sent in for prior approval.

GENERAL JAIL INFORMATION / FEES
Telephone Calls
Inmates have access to a telephone once they have been moved to a housing area within the jail facility. All out-going calls are collect or pre-paid calls. Inmates are able to put money on a pre-paid account. Friends and family can put money on an inmates account by calling IC Solutions at 1-888-506-8407 or go to icsolutions.com.
If you are requesting to block calls from the Langlade County Jail, listen to the directions from the operator at the time the call is received. If problems continue you may contact the Langlade County Jail and request a block placed on your telephone number. This prohibits any calls coming into your telephone number from the jail facility.
Mail
There is no limit to the amount of mail that an inmate may receive but only a reasonable amount will be allowed to remain in the inmate’s possession at one time. Non allowable mail will be placed with the inmate’s property or disposed of. Incoming mail will be distributed to inmates the day after received or as soon as possible thereafter.
Incoming and outgoing mail will be inspected for security reasons. Mail deemed a security risk or containing contraband will not be delivered. Incoming mail will be opened by correctional staff and examined for such. Legal mail may be opened by the correctional officer in the presence of the inmate.
Any incoming or outgoing mail that is deemed to be gang related, sexually explicit, illegal activity or inappropriate shall be confiscated. Personal photographs are limited to 5 per envelope which may be kept in an inmate’s possession. Polaroid pictures and photos printed onto paper are NOT allowed.

Money
Money may be brought to the facility jail visiting lobby and put into the Kiosk that is available or go to https://deposits.jailatm.com.
All monies that come into the facility are entered into the inmate’s canteen account. The computer system will automatically deduct any debts (hospital charges/labs, medications, nurse/doctor visits, record reviews, etc.) that an inmate has accumulated. Huber will be collected at 100%, medical debts at 50% and all remaining debts will be collected at 25%.

Court Hearings
Court appearances are set by the courts for inmates held in custody, therefore in the event there is a question regarding a court appearance, the courts are to be contacted. The jail must rely on notification from the courts for this information also. Normally, persons brought in on new charges and/or warrants will make an appearance in front of the Judge or via Zoom hearings at 1:30 p.m. the day following the arrest (Monday-Friday). This courtroom is located on the 3rd floor of the Langlade County Courthouse, 800 Clermont St, Antigo, Wisconsin and the appearance may be viewed on the monitor located in the courtroom.
Posting of Bond/Cash Bail
For individuals charged by the Langlade County Sheriff’s Office or the Antigo Police Department bonds may be posted at the Clerk of Courts, 800 Clermont St, Antigo, Wisconsin 54409, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Clerk of Courts is located on the 3rd floor of the Langlade County Courthouse. Any other time at the visiting lobby of the Langlade County Jail, 840 Clermont St, Antigo, Wisconsin.
Out of County warrants – subject must be in custody of another jail/facility in Wisconsin.
Bond will be accepted at the Jail, 840 Clermont St, Antigo in the amount for the warrant. Bond can be paid in cash or by credit card through the Kiosk in the jail visiting lobby. There is a $3.25 processing fee with cash bonds posted and a 10% fee for credit card payments.
Electronic Tablets
Electronic Tablets are available to inmates upon booking. Tablets are used for video visitation, messaging, leave voicemails, entertainment from movies, games, books and education. Inmates can have friends and family set up an account through www.gettingout.com to fund these uses.

Court Ordered Fingerprint, Photograph and DNA Collection
When reporting to the jail, you must BRING ALONG THE COPY OF THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, PHOTO ID AND LANGLADE COUNTY DNA SUBMISSION FORM. You can get another copy of the Criminal Complaint from your attorney or from the Clerk of Courts Office.
You should report no later than your next court date or within the hours listed below. If you fail to provide a DNA sample, you may be held in contempt of court and be subject to sanctions as provided in chapter 785 of the Wisconsin Statutes, which may include fines, forfeiture and or imprisonment.
