@CoxHelp Hey what do ya know!?!??!?! Another disruption in internet services! @CoxComm is a terrible internet provider. If you are considering getting them I would strongly advise against it. 7 outages in a 2 week period.

@CoxHelp You see the issue is I'm not past due on my bill. And I've returned the equipment and was given a receipt. I was told my internet would be restored and was told to talk to collections. I've spoken with 5 reps. Given them all the receipt. 2 forms have been filed for me. 1/3

@CoxHelp I spent at least an hour on the phone yesterday with Customer Service, Loyalty, and Tech Support. The sheer level and amount of backpeddling and incompetence displayed was staggering. I have been with Cox continuously since April, 1994. This company is the worst.
