@ericworley45 @Xfinity Because the internet looks fine from India or where ever.... their system does not instantly update, it cycles. So, let's say it cycles every 5 min. Web goes down at 6:20, you call at 6:21, they see normal operations for about another 4 min.

@Xfinity been w/o internet for 4 days and left work to meet your technician. The time of the appointment I get a call saying the problem has been resolved when it clearly has not. Called your people and they said it would be 3 more days before we can be seen. This is unacceptable

@itdoesntdie @XfinitySupport I use the Xfinity stream app on my phone, find what I want to watch, then select Airplay to send it from my IPhone/IPad/ to the tv. Xfinity won’t help you not 1 bit!

@redbaronpizza Hi, unfortunately, my internet is currently down and will be for the next year due to Hurricane Ian. Comcast's employees all ran for the hills when they heard the news, but I stayed like the Alpha I am. So I will need the stores to restock ASAP ty.

@Xfinity Don’t sign up! Their equipment fails, then they send you the wrong equipment which can’t be installed then they have to send out a technician but want you to pay for them even though the tech has to put a ticket out for the entire neighborhood since the service is messed up. 🤬

@TonyBrunoShow Finally, check the signal to your TV box by hitting the Xfinity button > Settings > Comcast Labs >Signal Strength. If it's showing as "low" after you've checked all the connections you may need a tech visit. (3/3)
