To make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, start by spreading peanut butter onto 1 side of a slice of bread using a butter knife. Then, do the same thing with jelly on a second slice of bread. Once you've prepared both slices, press them together so the peanut butter and jelly are on the inside of the sandwich.
Butter one side of each of your slices of bread, then place one slice, buttered side down, in a pan over medium heat. Assemble your sandwich. Place 1-2 slices of cheese on the slice in the pan, then spread your jelly on the unbuttered side of the other slice. Put the two slices together.
