  1. Just found your turkey cutlet recipe and unable to leave comment. Do you turn off comment after awhile on recipes? Anyway, Turkey cutlet was superb! Used Wondra flour. Amount of gravy in pan looked a little skimpy but plated it was perfect! Love your turkey recipes! Trying to get away from red meat and finding alternatives for one person is wonderful.
